    Bob,
Visiting friends at Zionsville Meadows on Sunday and told of your mothers passing. Very sorry for your loss……
Barbara was such a kind soul, full of life and always ready for a great conversation. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone so independent and determined to do it on her own as Barbara. She will be missed and I am thankful I had an opportunity to know her.

    Dear Bob, Ashley,
Mike and I just can’t believe Bobbie gone..As James Whitcomb says, she is not dead just Away!. Mike spent alot of time telling her about God, salvation, and being born again, that she would see Christ when she leaves this Earth.Knowing that to be absent from the body would be with Christ….Bobbie knew where she was going, but worried about others..
I of course was named by my Mother, Frankie to be named Barbara Jean Griffith. They tell me, my mother loved her son George) girlfriend Barbara, hense I got her name.
Bobbie and brother ,George were always there for me and my brothers and sisters! Bill, Frances, and I were the young ones and we were always cared for by our sister,Eileen and Bobbie and George. When my father died, I went to live with Bobbie and George. They took me to Florida the first time I saw the Ocean…They were my family. They had two sons, George Warren, and Bob. I was able to get an excellent education going to Ft. Wayne High School..When I went into the airlines..they were there to see me off..over the years coming to Boston, Florida and meeting them along the way…When my husband and I married in Indiana…they were there and helped with the wedding..Bobbie zipped my wedding dress up for me.They were always there..Over the years they have made several times to Our home in Boston and had great times together…she loved going to the dogs , and seeing the races..nothing was more important than her husband, George and her sons..Family was everything..she gave 100% to her family. She has gone …and drifted into an unknown land…Heaven and with the family of GOd..She was of the special generation discussed in Tom Brokaw
    nationaly acclaimed book,”The Special Generation”
Bobbie has gone to be with Christ, she is in no more pain..Bobbie is not alone she is with her beloved husband,George of 60 years, her son George Warren, her mom and dad…she is at peace…No more suffering ,no pain…She is with God
We will miss her, and she will always be remembered.
    Barbara Jean (griffith)Sanna/ Boston, Ma.
